Transform Your Hybrid Team in Just Four Weeks with the Team Connection Accelerator
Build trust, improve engagement, and align your team with an easy-to-implement DIY program designed for remote and hybrid teams.
Four High-Impact Themes
Over the course of four weeks, your team will explore and connect on the following themes: Values & Expectations, Accountability & Feedback, Organizational Clarity & Collaboration, Team Wins & Continuous Feedback.
Predictable Weekly Format
Each week, your whole team will participate in individual exercises, team discussions, and peer-partner exercises. The team leader participates with the team, while also following suggested tips and prompts to encourage engagement throughout.
For Hybrid and Remote
Instead of having to adapt something for your virtual team, this program is built with tools and content to help you overcome the unique challenges of remote work. The workbook is completely fillable digitally, and no in-person interaction is required.
Productivity, turnover, team culture...
While any team has to work hard to stay strong and healthy, remote teams have additional obstacles.
Remote teams often struggle with:
A lack of alignment on values and priorities.
Miscommunication and misunderstandings.
Reduced engagement and trust.
This program provides the tools to address these issues while fostering a stronger, more connected team.

In the same time as one full-day team meeting, you get four weeks of immersive team-building.
Each week of this program will require about 2 hours of investment from each person. Adding something on top of regular commitments (particularly that many will not initially consider valuable) never feels good. We recommend you do a bit of advance planning to ensure everyone has two hours they can commit to each of these four weeks.
You might also note that we've priced this product to be extremely accessible—most teams couldn't even buy their whole team dinner at this price point. Why? Because energy is your real obstacle here, and we recognize how heavy the load is on leaders to generate energy and engagement in their team above and beyond the "required" task load. Our aim is to make collaborative culture achievable to any leader who's prepared to lead the charge.
Each week includes:
Individual Work
Time: 60min or less
A short reading and some reflection exercises to help the whole team reflect and take action.
Peer Partner Sharing
Time: 15-30min
You as team leader will assign each of your team members a peer partner (or two) who will work together over the four weeks.
Team Activities
Time: 30-45min
We provide Slack/email messages to send out to generate engagement each week in the theme, plus discussion prompts to use in a weekly stand-up meeting.
Four weeks that build on each other and tackle core challenges.
Depending on your style as a leader and culture as a company, some of the team activities out there can feel like they just dance around the surface, and that people feel a bit better for a while but the same issues persist.
This program, rooted in the Ascent Model of organizational health, is geared to invite each team member into the challenging but rewarding core stuff—in a way that is not confrontational or corrective in tone. This program is an accelerator! Your team will finish with stronger connections, alignment, and energy.
Whether you're just at the beginning of investing in the culture of your team or just using this program to reinforce the good work you've already put in, team culture always gets an extra boost when we each get the opportunity to be recognized and understood. During this week, the team will get a chance to identify their personal core values and share those with each other. But we'll push it a step further: examining the gaps between how we want to show up and how others may experience us is a piece that sets the tone for Week Two.
Remote team employees struggle even more than in-office teams with the sense of someone watching over their shoulder, and their team leaders struggle to oversee productivity in non-invasive ways. At the core, both the team leader and the team members need to embrace accountability in a new way. This week explores how everyone can build trust by showing ownership and improving how we give and receive feedback.
Often the discontent and frustrations that arise in teams stem from a lack of alignment: between tasks, goals, and mission, and/or between personal values and company values. Using momentum and skills gained in the first two weeks, your team will problem solve some of those tricky areas. And you'll recognize your team's impact on other teams within the company—silos are common, but collaborative culture can be exported!
Sustained momentum is the biggest challenge for any team. Putting some ongoing mechanisms in place that build on the foundation set in the first three weeks is one way to safeguard your progress together. In the final week, you'll all set up feedback loops and work on highlighting and celebrating team wins.
