Sarah Brown loves hearing the question: “How can we do this better?” Thirsty for perspective and understanding, Sarah is an iterator, always hunting for truer solutions to the questions and challenges people wrestle with: about work, about life, about people… about how it all fits together.
As an entrepreneur with a background in design, branding, and digital marketing, Sarah has spent over fifteen years helping companies and leaders understand themselves on a deeper level, identify unique strategies to address their priorities, and execute on campaigns, approaches, and offerings that separate their brands from the competition.
As Partner and Head of Operations, Sarah leverages her experience and innovation to support each team member, to align processes with values, and to keep OrgHealth “walking the talk” internally in terms of culture, strategy, and daily operations. She oversees and optimizes our internal systems while providing direction and hands-on engagement with product development, marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and more.
In 2022, Sarah Brown responded to our clients' need for a clearer way to understand and communicate internally about organizational health by developing the OrgHealth Ascent Model (with the input of the rest of our amazing team!), going on to oversee the creation and eventual release of the Ascent Assessment for Teams in 2024.
The world of work is rapidly shifting, and Sarah will always light up at the opportunity to connect with leaders leaning into what it might take to make work better.
